Should've found them way sooner. Vanessa and Brittany at the front desk? Honestly, they're like customer service superheroes. They were kind and made us feel like we were their favorite people (probably because we were lol). John worked some kind of wizardry on our ancient Jetta, and now it drives like it's got a fresh set of knees. We're grinning so hard, people think we won the lottery.
